The information you find in ToLowerCholesterolNaturally.com does not substitute the treatment that may have been prescribed by your doctor. If you have a medical problem I advise you to consult your physician.
This blog: ToLowerCholesterolNaturally.com was created because of the inspiration from our speaker at our church.
A few weeks ago at our church, the guest speaker talked about his health concern that he has a high cholesterol — it is a hereditary one—brother, sister and mother have. His goal is to lower his cholesterol naturally. So he humbly asked his doctor if he could monitor his progression in a month as he uses natural ways to lower his cholesterol. Fortunately his doctor agreed.
My family prefers to use natural ways for healing and managing our health concerns. We have so many natural health books and magazines in our home library. So I started to read and find information about lowering cholesterol naturally with nutrition / diets and lifestyle changes.
Here in my blog I’m going to share with you the information with excerpts from the following books that I highly recommend for those who are wanting to reverse their heart disease and other health concerns:
1. Proof Positive by Dr. Neil Nedley – His book is based on so many, many researches and studies on “how to reliably combat disease and achieve optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle.” This book has lots of details and is excellent for those who are skeptical about using natural ways for healing.
2. Food Cures by Joy Bauers (a nutritionist) – If you want to lower your cholesterol naturally with diets / nutrition and supplements go to the chapter of her book on Cardiovascular Disease. You will find her ‘direct to the point’ step-by-step guidelines which are easy to understand and follow in managing your cholesterol.
3. Woman’s World Magazine – my favorite magazine. The quick tips that I’m sharing to my blog visitors are from the Woman’s World magazine.
